Do not worry if you did not like the product you shopped with us or changed your mind after receiving your order. We respect the fact that there can be multiple reasons of returning the orders. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase.

Our return policy is of 48hrs from date of receiving product by customer. After that we won’t be accepting any returns. Product must be unused and in condition as received with original packaging.

1.We send product executing defect and damage check. If you receive damaged or faulty or wrong product than what you had ordered then do get in touch with us by sending an email at Uphaarfiesta@gmail.com We will initiate return. Once we receive return item, same will be examined and customer will be notified about it. Customer will receive a money refunds to the source of payment. It will credit into bank account with in 7-15 business days.


2. If the product is intact and as per the description on website but you still want to return it, yes you can do that. Send an email to Uphaarfiesta@gmail.com with your order number and concerns. We will accept the return in this case too. Once we receive return item, same will be examined and customer will be notified about it. Customer will receive a coupon code of the equivalent amount to shop with us in future. This coupon code will have no expiry date, it will be valid lifetime. A minor service fee will be deducted from the purchase value on account of shipping and handling charges if customer wants us to arrange return shipping.

Cancellation -

1. If a prepaid order is cancelled after shipment processing then shipping charges will be deducted on account of shipping and payment gateway charges from the purchase amount and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of coupon code. This coupon code will be valid lifetime.

2. In case of COD we will confirm the order on call before shipping the product.

Return & Refund Policy – Customised Handmade Products

1. No Return or Refund:

All customised handmade products are specially crafted as per your unique requirements.
Hence, returns and refunds are not applicable once the order is under production.

2. Damage During Delivery:
If the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
An unboxing video and photos of the damage are required for verification.
Based on the situation, we will offer a replacement or partial refund based on damage assessment.

3. Slight Imperfections or Variations:
As all items are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or texture may occur.
These are part of the handcrafted charm and are not considered defects.

4. Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

6. Return the product within (2 days) of delivery, .if the product is defective or damaged please return the product within (2 days) with unboxing video.
